異材接合体の応力緩和

セラミックスと金属との拡散接合体は、製作時の残留応力による強度低下が 問題となるため、材料表面の応力集中特性に及ぼす接合界面の形状や製作条件 について熱弾塑性モデルによる有限要素解析を進めている。
