- Developing Trilingual Vocabulary Set for the Text Mining Analysis of the Four Capabilities of Resilience
The aim of this study is to develop a trilingual vocabulary set for the text mining analysis of the four capabilities of resilience (learning, anticipating, monitoring, and responding) proposed by Erik Hollnagel. It will support researchers and practitioners to extract useful information from accident reporting documents to improve resilience capabilities of stakeholders. The proposed English-Chinese-Japanese vocabulary set was created using the multilingual report on the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Accidents compiled by IAEA. The set contains around 200 words for each language. The usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed set was evaluated by texts of different sections of the same document based on recall-precision analysis.
